• Pick up and drop off facility will be available within Dubai (Hotels and Residences), not the airports
• Airport pickups and drops, and pickups and drops outside of Dubai will be made available for an additional price.
• No refunds (full or partial)

Payment and Bookings

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations are to be made at least 24 hours before the departure time, with no extra charges
• Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the departure time, 100% charges are deducted
• Refund, if eligible, shall be wired back to your original mode of payment within 7 working days

Children policy

• Ticket charges for children below 3 years of age will be nil.
• Ticket charges for children between 3 and 10 years would be charged as per the children’s ticket charges
• Children above the age of 10 will be charged as per adult ticket charges
